Yeah. For her to raise that many issues and complaints, then turn around and try to prevent a transfer, is ludicrous. And issues like that are why the deans are available to students.

That...just sounds really messed up. If that ever happened here I think the P1s,P2s and so on with having to redo their task lists..there would be bloodshed :P wow...

Petition, my friend, if you can't get in to the night classes.

Explain to the dean what Michelle has said (re: the check-off sheets, re: her class stating they want to make your time miserable, re: the fact that a 2.0 for her group doesn't just reflect on the students, but on her as an instructor), point out your grades, and have him speak with your Stephanie, if that fails.

This is wrong, and you need to be where it's going to be comfortable for you.
