Christmas Love

Dec 20, 2010 10:45

It's that time of the year again and I want to do something nice for people; naturally I'm short of money but have some time on my hands.  Thus I propose a love post.

Here's the deal: If your friend doesn’t have a thread created for them then leave a comment with their name as the title and say what you love about them. If there is a thread for ( Read more... )

audience participation, love post

I could go on and on about him. At least I know he's a guy this year :)

He's the most amazing and wonderful man I've ever known. He's sincere, genuine and sweeter in real life (who thought that would be possible?) There aren't any words out there can describe just how much he means to me. I love him sooooo freaking much. I didn't know it was possible to be this happy :)

And now that I am on lunch, I can say more since I'm not confined to my phone. I'm incredibly lucky to have him in my life. He supports me in every way possible, and his compassion and strength amaze me daily.

I like that he can get a conversation started about just about any subject, including baseball.

What is not to love about this man??
I don't really know how to summarize his awesomeness.

He is just beyond words and I am thankful to have him as a friend.

Java has become one of my favorite people in the world. He's smart and kind and silly, and really invests time and attention in things and people that matter to him. I absolutely adore him.

I am so glad to have him as a friend. He's been such a support to me in the last year--providing me encouragement as I made the effort to transform my life and keeping me from boredom at work!

He's funny. He's always there to cheer you up when you need it. He always reminds his friends of how much they deserve happiness. And he does it in a way that makes you start to believe it.

I knew this guy was trouble the first time I talked to him ;)

I love trading jibes and jokes with him, he's always fun to talk to. But then he's also genuinely caring and supportive, always there to step in with something cheerful to say if your day's not turning out so bright. I'm glad we're getting to know each other :)

I remember from last season...various threads with him back and forth about Long Beach and Southern California...and being the usual flirt...I had to stop and think, "Is this a girl or a guy?"... (I think he and Carrie had a conversation about this).

He's just fun to get into a long addictive thread with...even if the topic's pretty mundane...

Awesome man, lucky boy, and I'll be disappointed if he someday does not bring his beautiful sidekick and come visit us up here in the northwest!

Okay so not only is he kind and supportive, but he has the most awesomely twisted mind ever for writing fiction. At least I hope that shit is fiction. :P Genius.

Along with gratefuladdict one of my all time favourite LJ people. I had so much fun having a threeway with the pair of them and perhaps next time he can bring along his lady friend too :oP

He's thoughtful, caring, compassionate and utterly, utterly decent. That man has a heart of gold and I really do feel very lucky to have him in my world, even if it's only virtual. He's most definitely on my list of people to meet one day.

Java_fiend is so much fun. I love him for his generosity and kind words to others...and also his kick-arse political rants! Such a talented and fun guy!

Totally jealous he nabbed my secret girlfriend first, but I'm hoping I can teach him a thing or two about sharing. ;) He might not be a true geek, but he has some geek qualities and I totally <3 him for those anyway. Plus he's just a genuinely sweet guy once you get past the morbid themes in some of his writing :D
