Ilene is an amazing woman, friend and mother. She is also an amazing artist. Along with her husband, Ed Book - they live a life of quiet and peace (well, most of the time *wink) way up north in the cold - far too cold for me even think about!
So I love to read about what she does and see her beautiful photos and her art. She always has great advice, or one of darkest, wittiest lines you will ever hear and it'll keep me smiling into the next day.
You are amazing Ilene. I am glad to know you and call you my friend.
