Kate is very special. For some reason that only the fates know I've felt a special connection with her since meeting her on LJ. Her intelligence and her honesty are traits I admire and respect. She always has a hug or a kind word and when I see her comments to me I smile.

kathrynrose is one of those people I'd love to invite into my kitchen and just share a cup of coffee or tea with, just sit and chat. The kind of person you feel you could talk to, and before you knew it hours would have passed. She is kind and caring, generous, and just all around special.

She's one of the people who's in our LJ family; people we haven't met, but hope are well and worry about when things go wrong. She is awesome.

kathrynrose is one of those people you are always glad to see, even if it's just online. Her writing is often powerful, insightful, deep, occasionally dark, funny, etc. I remember sitting around the fire with her and being utterly comfortable. (Psst, we haven't seen enough of her lately.)

kathrynrose is another Idoler that I never got to know well, but always really enjoyed reading. She had a quiet, serene, and honest vibe that I found so appealing.
