Falkie is one of these women who will sto what she's doing to help you, and will go out of her way to make sure you get what she feels is fair. I remember one time where she asked and author why her books weren't in audio and got a responce. I was very touched that she went out of her way to do this for me. It's one of my best memmories of her.

She really is rackawesome. :)
