Since I don't really want to detail out the past four days I'll toss it into this handy table, if you want to know more about any of the toons, I'm on City Info Tracker. I'm so jealous! You're going to have to help me get my defender on Infinity to 50. :D Do you have any ~30-ish characters on Infinity?

What's going on with the HD? Can you see it and just not open it, or can you not see it at all? If you can't see it at all, chances are slim, I'm sad to say. If you can see it but not open it, then your chances are better. Was it the boot-drive, or just a backup?

CIT shows that I have a 13 an 1 on Infinity. But I'd still be happy to t4eam with you over there. :)

As for the HD, it's not the boot drive but it was all of my music, most of which is not replaceable. I would have been happier had it been the boot drive that died as it didn't have anything on it other than the operating system. I could see it but now not even that, when I could see it it was telling me that it wasn't formatted. We switched the cables around but it's not showing up at all.

Yeah, C says that is a Problem. You'd likely need a hard drive expert to look at it with any hope of rezzing it. And even then it is a crap shoot. Sorry. :/

Yeah, that's what Mr Boyfriend said ... I can't help but cry over all that music, 6 years of collecting and organizing. Lynn said we'd get an external though, so I can unplug it and take it with me next time I'm off traveling.
