Have you been to Crey's Folly yet? There are some Freaks there that say "this one goes to 11!" I died laughing first time I heard that."

I have no idea.

I remember sometime before I-7 was released, on test, there where some Vhaz in Atlas Park saying how they loved being in Galaxy City...
