Woah, her tail is a lot bigger than I imagined it! *o* I wants to pet teh fluffy tail~ Anyways, she's anatomically correct, if a bit skinny (no need to listen to me, since I don't know all that much about things like this), but I guess you could attribute that to being a mutant on the run.
