Sorry to tease, but I really didn't picture Denna being able to actually be intimate with Cara, intentions aside, without trying to get the upper hand (which Cara would have totally seen coming). So stopping here was less of a tease than it could have been. Thanks for reading and reviewing :)

I don't usually read this pairing, I prefer C/K, but since it was you I decided to check it out. I'm glad I did! I loved the way you explored their psyches, their capacity to change and their yearning for something they were taught to see as a weakness.

Since the reason that made me curious to watch the show was Cara and her "journey back to humanity", I really enjoyed this! I kinda have a BIG interest in the reasons that lead people to use aggressive means.

Excellent pairing! Well done, great insight into both characters. Your sketch of Denna's motives really tracks and I can see Cara being vulnerable toward a sister she respected.

It would be kick ass to see something longer in this vein or at least the next part. :)

Thanks, this is my first time writing Denna; she been hard for me to get a handle on so its very gratifying to hear I got her right. Something longer I'm in the process of doing, but it will have a bit (huge actually) of a wait as I don't post big WIP fics, since I write scenes with little regard for timeline and reorganized/expand after.
