Was looking at the Christmas wish list/meme-thingy going around and I realized...I have no idea what I want for Christmas, save the generic "books, duh" answer.

And, y'know, world peace.

No one has decided to co-op Guy Fawkes Day and spend the afternoon burning effigies of [hated politician] here.

Also, there wasn't a single riot at Clark last night. Seriously, people, what's up with that. In MY days as an undergrad, we rioted for everything. In the snow! Uphill! Both ways!

And were grateful!

It's Nanowrimo time! Actually, I'm gonna try for Nanofimo-National Novel Finishing Month. I'm pretty tapped (for time, inspiration, energy...) and I'd rather work on a novel I already love and know, than waste valuable time making something else up ( Read more... )
