I am interested, but am curious, is there anyone in the group of readers that liked the original Twilight series? I would love to trash a book with you guys but will not be able to hold my tongue if someone defends the original series (which hit my 'seriously fucked up ideas of love' button like whoa.).

I have no idea! I don't think so, but it depends on the final group tally. I, however, have no problems with a good, strong debate in my reading group (I agree it's terrible and abusive), so I'm good either way!
