Update on my Captain

So, last night at a little before eight, I went into the dining room and saw two little puddles on bloody froth on the floor. I knew it was from Captain, since I'd separated him and Islay, so I immediately began freaking out, as you do when you see pools of blood on the floor. Quish was awesome, by the way, so props to her.

As I commented on Shaughn's FB, you can put a bit of vanilla or mint on Islay's nose, and put some on the Captain's fur.

One of my cats was recently diagnosed hyperthyroid, and luckily, her meds are available as a transdermal gel. She fusses, but not NEARLY as much as if I had to give her pills or liquid medicine.

Hope you find out what's going on quickly, and that it's something that is easily fixed and/or managed.
