Islay was probably showing off how good of a human food hunter she is. Although I think of Islay as one of those cats that if they had opposable thumbs and access to fire, I would worry for humanities' safety. She is a cute and cuddly one moment and plotting a more perfect domination over humans the next. Of course it is not on same exact level as Toti, but I would make an argument for K.G. level.
