... I'm to the age now when reading these sorts of things has such an incredible impact on me. I am no longer numb.

I wish I was of such esteem that people listened even half as much when I write such words.
Of course, being that it's Patrick Stewart saying them, and I have been in love with him since I saw his first screen days (before TNG) my suffering is tempered.
