What I find fascinating is that this law originated to stop inter-racial couples from crossing borders to marry here. I think its lovely that I might live in a state for destination weddings... Spread the love people...
I like to think they felt self-conscious after California started to allow gay marriage sans home-state restriction, making our gay marriage obviously inferior to their gay marriage despite its being first. :-)
