Dear Pyro,
It is customary to let the form of apology reflect the nature of the offense. Attempt to placate the city spirit with a simple gift of an offering at your spirit lodge, and all such future offerings will be looked upon with suspision. Tailor the compensation to both what was lost and to the city spirit itself. Considering the incendiary nature of your slight to the spirit, I would suggest funding a new firehouse for the neighborhood, or perhaps a homeless shelter would help with the somewhat related increase in vagrancy.
As always the best solution to the problems you are facing is prevention. Be sure to proactively nurture your relationship with the city spirits, and when planning your next 'run, ask yourself "Do I really need that much napalm?"

For the record, it was stupid amounts of natural gas and some kind of crazy chemical compound dirkcjelli's character concocted. All I did was provide the spark.

Lancing a boil isn't pretty, but a city is people.

Urban shamans might not quite agree.
A city is the structures and the people and associated goings on.

Certain people's goings on are a bit violently exothermic, however.
And now there are no more structures on that block. The local city spirit might appreciate a hand w stuff.

I've already got a plan for that. It's pretty simple, really.

*sighs* How dreamy... Are you gonna go all urbane again?

I was just planning on funding a couple of new buildings. If there's one thing I've learned from shadowrunning, it's that throwing money at a problem makes it go away.

Why, you do a service for the spirit, combined with the appropriate bribeoffering. Venerate the spirits, for thou art crunchy and good with ketchup after a manablast.
