Sorry, but I feel that holding onto Snape never killed, tortured or controlled anyone during his Death Eater days is highly unrealistic. Having said that, this fic contains some nasty DeathEater!Snape moments. Don't worry, I'll give you a heads up if it's anything really ugly. Now that I have given you fair warning, read, enjoy and hopefully review.

Yeah! Now I am looking forward even more. I have my own ideas about the character*, probably different from yours, but I, too, think he has some ugly deeds on his conscience.

His sex status is something I haven't decided on for myself so far, but even without caring about book 7, I doubt that it was a happy affair if sex or a relationship with sex did occur.

*partly because I was rather fond of HBP, because I always knew he was that clever and talented.

I actually left a Harry Potter discussion group because the majority of the members continually whined that Severus was just a poor, bullied, little boy, who never ever did anything wrong. They also claimed that because it was never stated in canon that he committed crimes during his DE days that he most likely never did. *rolls eyes* I'm sure he sat a Voldie's feet sipping hot chocolate and wearing bunny slippers saying, "Tell me again how you plan to take over the world, sir."

If people want to think that, goody for them. But I think it's pure wishful thinking.
