Hey! Sorry I'm replying on here, but I can never reply to your questions about going to Munich and eating there, because I'm not a member of the food communities. Anyhow, if you want typical German food you should try:
- Weisswurst with a Brezel (It's typical german "white sausage" with sweet mustard and a german pretzel)
- Schnitzel mit Pommes
- Weissbier ("White Beer")
You can also try Döner, not typically german but everywhere in Germany and good!
You can also try Schupfnudeln, Klösse with Sauerkraut, or Spätzle.
