Worries

I've suddenly hit upon the worry that, if the credit markets stay frozen, I won't be able to get a loan for school next year. Even if they open up, I still might not be able to get a loan. I don't have a lot of loans outstanding, but I was a dumb!bitch with my credit card over the past two years, so there's a lot of that that needs to be paid off

Are you talking about federal loans or private loans? Because I am pretty sure the former will still be around. I have bad credit and I can't get either a credit card or a personal loan of any sort, but I've never had a problem with federal student loans.
