OMG yay. Please tell me the next chapter isn't too far behind?

I like the jump two decades into the future and the idea that the two of them went somewhere with their relationship and it didn't work out.

Yay to Elizabeth being in sadistic mood.

Does Sarah feature later in the story?

Give me a few days for the next chapter. There is a fair bit that has to happen on January 30th. The two decade jump was always going to be there because I liked the idea of exploring what happened in their marriage... without writing it. Bits of the divorce will be explained in the next chapter.

And yes, I think Elizabeth has grown into a fairly sadistic mood.

I don't expect Sarah to be in the rest of this story, it's mostly Elizabeth, Kate, and Laura Cadman. Though melyanna wants me to write a story that goes with Sarah's line about how she starts wars.

Yes much more fun to jump ahead, it'll be interesting to see how the intervening years have changed John and why their marriage didn't work out.

And if you do write a story about Sarah. Yay. :)

Elizabeth is 22 in Condor's Flight and 47 in Rain Out of Season.

Oh wow, I had no idea she was that young in Condor's Flight! It didn't feel like it was clear, but I'm very glad to know now. Thank you! I figured she'd be in her late 40's though, for Rain Out of Season, for some reason.
