I read part two before part one, so i was a little lost for a few minutes. This was a terrific addition to your series. I could see Ron's absolute love for Harry, and the reason why he would think that Percy knew. Protective Ron is love!

Sorry, I tried to make it clear in the author's notes, but I know not everyone reads them.

Protective Ron is a lot of people's favourite!

And yes, I can totally understand both Ron and Percy's POV, and why each thought what they did.
