Ideas:

On world AIDS day (Dec 1) pass out a bunch of condoms

When its raining pass out umbrellas (I believe you can prob get fairly cheap umbrellas at a dollar store)

When it gets really cold out either a) find a bus stop thats really

Hmm, well, I just gave blood last week (I still have a nasty bruise inside my elbow!), I gave 10 1/2 inches of my hair to Locks of Love this past July, our office has hot water and cocoa and tea available to anyone that walks by during the winter in our building, I have toys and bubbles with the candy in my dish on my desk, AND I'm a Bookcrossing book dropper too. Guess my karma shouldn't be too bad when you add it up like that!

Yes indeed your doing good in the karma department, yay! I love that your office gives cocoa and tea to anyone who wants it, more yay!

Also bookcrossing is really neat I actually found a bookcrossing book a summer ago only I didn't know it was a bookcrossings book until at some point it occured to me it might indeed be a bookcrossings book then I looked it up and indeed it was! Its a great idea!
