So I am peeking out of the shadows and I want to start writting again. Shelby has helped drag me out, and we want to finish our story, Strangers in Shadows. ...but its been almost a year since I have written anything. Im going to be really rusty ( Read more... )

I'd love to help you out, but I haven't thought in terms of LOTR in ages. Nowadays all my challenged lobbing is SGA or Big Valley or Thoughtcrimes. Maybe something with elfings on a picnic?

oh those sound interesting. lol. I just watched LOTR the other day and I kinda peeked back in to see if anything new was happening in the LOTR fandom. So I thought maybe I would try to write again.

Picnic? lol. That could be fun! Any other ideas?

Man, I hardly even remember SiS. I do remember that there was something about someone named Thurmond... or was it Frimond? xD I know you were combining the names of the days of the week. You should try writing a story about Frimond's (Thurmond's?) brother, Wedfri. And, of course, his sister Tuesthur. And his parents, Sunsat and Thurtues Day.

Naw, seriously- how about a nice, uncomplicated one-shot? Not necessarily fluff, but something that you wouldn't have to spend a lot of time planning. You could do it as a fanfic or an original fic, whatever.

LOL!! Thats how Shelby and I came up with Frimonds name. I was writting a note to her in class and it was like Tuesday, and I wanted it to be Friday, so I started just going on and on about combining days and we ended up cutting sunday in half and wow. haha. that was ALONG time ago. oh man. like almost 2 years. Im actually reading Strangers in Shadows again... shhh! dont tell anyone. I hardly remember it. lol.

Yes, thats kinda what I want to do; a uncomplicated one-shot, something that I can throw together. Kinda like that one fic challange about being curious that I did good on.

Throw me a topic or give me an object or an idea or something that I can work with here. ;)
