What the fuck did they do?! What, no really, did they just pull some really bad impersonator off youtube to do this game? He's bad. He's just bad. He speaks very slowly, laconically, with a bare hint of a southern twang that makes him be imperfect with his words, cutting them off slangly and just. I think they're going for SA2. Which I would adore, if, y'know, it had worked, but they missed the mark. By a loooong shot.
I KNOW right? I made a big face about this on facebook and one of my friends was all "Oh I think he sounds like SA2 Shadow" and I was just like "no."
I told another friend of mine that he sounds like a smarmy used car salesman now. :/ do not want.
HE TRIES. He does try. But if you want original Shadow back, you're gonna have to get original Shadow back, not get a slow, dull, vaguely southern imposterrrr. I would RATHER have gargling with gravel Griffith Shadow back now.
I will not mention how OOC he seems, because it's just a Riders game. It's OOC for him to participate in any of these to begin with. :P
So would I, omg. Hearing this new Shadow really makes me miss Jason Griffith's Shadow. But David Humphrey's Shadow will always be my favorite English Shadow.

Also. YES to Rouge's new voice. I said something to a friend of mine about how she actually sounds sexy like she's supposed to, as opposed to chainsmoker Rouge from 06.
I have been thinking of taking him up again. 8| I was re-reading some of my old Luceti interactions with Sonic. And also want to write an app for him even thought I will never send it in anywhere ever. IDK MAN.
Maybe...maybe this is like Griffith when he started Shadow on Sonic X. I mean, he was a terrible Shadow then, too, if only because you couldn't tell any difference between him and Sonic, and then he became a pretty decent one. And then he turned into gravel-a-lot, but. MAYBE THIS GUY'LL GET BETTER WITH TIME.
