Goodbye Cookie...I love you...

Last night, my dog of 12 and a half years- Cookie passed away. I didn't know that was going to be the last time I saw her so I didn't tell her goodbye, I just petted her and tried to comfort her

For me though when I loose someone its not so much that it gets better,its more of that I can grow to deal with them not being here anymore. I still miss them though.

Alot of the time I have been alone at home with Cookie,Mimi, my two birds and my roomate/boarder that lives with my mom and I's dog Luna. Cookie was always in the living room while my mom was at work.

Now to see the rug being empty,its really heartbreaking. I can't really deal with being downstairs at all unless someone else is home.

But that's usually only a few hours in the evening. :c My mom went out of town on Friday so i've really just been crying most of the time. Only sleep makes me feel a little bit better.

Its really hard being here but I don't really have anywhere to go either.
