Apart from wolves and various birds, one of my favorite animals out there is the Japanese Serow. Sometimes known as the "Kamoshika",it is considered a "goat-antelope".
Oh really? o.o I didn't know you were a Zoologist, I would like to be one or something similar someday. I dunno if I am cut out for it though.
And I wonder what the Kamo means then? I would have never found out about these guys had I not looked at a random animal encyclopedia at my high school one day.
There are other kind of Serrows as well but they tend to not have the mane these guys do. =o
Well, it's not really fair for me to call myself a zoologist, even though that's what my major was in grad school. I never got my degree, though, and I never got a paycheck for doing zoologist-type jobs. But yeah, that's basically what I am, at least by virtue of my education and training.
