Possible Japanese Middleman needed?
Apart from wolves and various birds, one of my favorite animals out there is the Japanese Serow. Sometimes known as the "Kamoshika",it is considered a "goat-antelope".
To me it kind of looks like a mix of a goat and a wolf. XD This,and the fact they are just really pretty/cute has always drawn me to them since I first found out about them a few years ago. I had always hoped that maybe someday there would be a plushie of it...welp:
The problem is, Hansa is a very expensive company and they do not sell all of their animals in all countries. Unfortunately for me,this is not available in the US and never will be. I contacted the US branch of Hansa about special ordering it and they gave me the email of the Japanese branch of the company and told me to try asking them about it.
I did send an email, but I have not actually seen it for sale on the Japanese site or anywhere else,its only in the international catalog. For those on my Friend's List in Japan,would anyone be able to middle man this?;_; I never would have thought that there would be a Japanese Serow plush given that it is a rather obscure animal,but I really want to try my best to acquire one of these.
I also discovered a second,even cuter one! I think this one was a promotional plush for a no longer existing train service in Japan so I don't think it would be possible to find. If anyone knows anything about it though please let me know!:
I kind of wonder if the pokemon Gogoat is supposed to be inspired by one of these,he does have the mane like they do...
