Why do I question everythign?

Is this the sign of being enlightened or totally naieve? I feel kinda broken inside like somethings been misplaced in me and nothing lines up the way it should. I mean this both physically and mentally. Pain wells up at times when I've done nothing to deserve such pain and I wonder exactly what the hell is wrong with my body and mind. You've pretty much hit the nail on the head. Life isn't just something that happens to you, if you want things to happen you've got to take risks and every so often take a tumble. Buddhists have a term for all of the things in the world that blind us from the truth, it's called samsara. Whether we realize it or not, we are all trapped in it, and only those that are enlightened can see the way out. You have to live life passionately, experiencing the ups and downs. Savor the ups, learn from the downs, and you'll find that there's less and less that actually does drag you down. As with all things, it's easily said, much harder to implement. Living a full life takes a lot of practice, but it's something you just have to keep chugging away at. You have to ability to be make yourself happy, it's just a matter of doing it. You know the way.
