So I guess most of you have heard the sample already. As I`ve said before: if you can`t shit - don`t torture your ass. Anette cannot do operatic vocals, but seems like our great maestro can`t understand it (or maybe doesn`t want to) and forced her to do this pain for ears. OMG!n O_o I went digging myself.... its needless to say I won*t listento the full songs.I just can not stand female (her) vocals (anymore) xD but the music as you said yourself is good.

Well the quality sucks, since it`s a radio rip. I will listen to the album and then will make my final opinion. For now, Tarja wins this race.

Just in case you thought it was Anette singing in the beginning as many did, it's not her but one of those boy sopranos.

From many reports and reviews from the pre-listening sessions etc. so far.
And if you have doubts, check out the videoblog entry from January with the boy sopranos and compare what they're singing to the TPATP clip. It's exactly the same part.

Well ok ok, I just asked. Still her voice really hurts my ears sometimes. She sounds a lot better when she doesn`t try to take high notes.

If he wanted opera, he made the wrong decision. Anette can’t do operatic, that is fine; she wasn’t trained that way as far as I am aware. And now Tuomas is paying for it- an alright voice but unable to reach the notes he would like… And what do the others think of this, I wonder?
