Maddie floats down gently and touches the ground, her wings disappearing. She grins at him. "Heya."

*Alex grins back, switches off his mp3 player, and takes the earbuds off of his shoulders and puts them in his belt pouch. He thinks, not for the first time, that the wings were hot and the people in her world were idiots for not realizing that. He's still moving things around as he talks.* Hey, I was just getting stuff set up. Anything new?
