Still I was kept awake all night trying to figure out what's going to happen next and came up with a big fat nada! XD My detective skills are desperately rubbish. So instead I'm going to have to wait eagerly for the next installment XD

Everyone knew he was going to peek eventually. A lot of things kind of built up to the point - the story can shift now and start its really 'quest'yness. X3

And si, I know, bad cliffhanger. I'm in my safety bunker for a reason, y'know. You may have to wait a while for an update though; I'm writing another Kurofai oneshot first (not a very long one), and doing some work for my dimension_shop entry.

And Ashura-ou...he's a little bit selfish, I think, and quite a lot concerned. Kurogane did, technically, really upset Fai once by taking away Yuui; Ashura-papa just doesn't want to see his precious really hurt again. Even if he has to hurt Fai a little, to stop Fai hurting even more in the end. (His reasoning, anyway.)

Watanuki and Doumeki are hopeless. X3 (Himawari is too, but in a different way.)

I just manage to get all the characters into almost one big group, and then I split them all up into little bands again and send them off on various missions. *mild woe* I just hope I can keep track on who's where at each current time...

Of course everyone knew from the beginning that Fai couldn't resist the temptation.. it would have been boring, if he did! And 'quest'yness sounds promising.^^
I just hope, we'll be able to read what happened to Kuro sometime soon.. because this looks, like Fai is going to be the one trying to find him and Kuro-bonbon won't be in the story for a while.
Which is stylistically clever and builds up expectations and tension... but I'd miss him! Greatly!

I guess I'll have to make do with the oneshot till the next update then. If it's as good as the other one, I don't particularly mind... Yes, I read it, I don't think I wrote a comment though..

You find out what happened to Kurogane next chapter. *watches compliments such as 'stylistically clever' gurgle down the drain* ^^; Whilst keeping schtum about him would be good in one way, having his say about where he is is...extraordinarily helpful in too many others. (Besides, d'you really think I could withold from Kuro-torture for that long? >3)

ohh. the end fits the fairy tale bit perfectly., so many legends in so many cultures have a legend about women(havent seen any men sadly.) being enaged to a man she is not allowed to see, and once the curosity gets to her (usually urged on by someone) she lights a candle wick in the night, sees his face, and loses him. for example, cupid and psyche.

That bit at the end was ripped pretty much straight from the East of the Sun, West of the Moon fairytale - the woman of the tale is married off to someone she sees as a polar bear during the day, can only feel at night. Her mother convinces her to look at her husband to see if he's a troll, and then bam. Now, this brings up interesting images of Kurogane being kidnapped by trolls...
