Or, alternatively, you could just pat me on the head and give me a cookie, and let me get over my little fit of 'oh noes' myself. ^^;
....I'll just go get writing the next chapter now. >> *shuffles off to her corner*

However my favourite part has to be Fai's home-coming, and Kurogane realising he was clean ^___^, so cute. The KuroFai moments were just to die for, especially that bedroom scene and Fai's flirting ^_^ I love how even though at the beginning he didn't want to be anywhere near Human!Kurogane, he's now become gradually more and more curious. Of course I just love the fact that Fai can't see him in the first place XD, that was an excellent plot twist ^__^

Fai-kitty and his curiosity...*laughs and shakes head* Kurogane at the moment is that big red button clearly labelled 'don't press' - you've just got to press it at some point, haven't you?
On the not-being-able-to-see-one-another-thing...that's actually straight from the fairytale, East of the Sun and West of the Moon. Some interesting variations of the tale have the husband and wife (yeah, they're actually married in the original) have children together - all without the 'wife' ever seeing what it is her husband exactly looks like in the dark. (During the daytime he's a polarbear.)

Haha that is precisely the feeling you get, hmm I like that hes seein Kuro-rin's softer side ^__^
Oh nice, I hadn't heard of that one ^__^ I'm sure it's good, but I think I prefer the KuroFai version XD

'Softer' side? He forcibly takes Fai's alcohol, and throws him down on a bed! Not that, out of context a little, Fai would really be complaining about the bed-throwing but - right. Shutting up now.
...Practically no-one seems to have heard of this fairytale. *mopes* It needs more looveeee!!

hmmm.. what item...
tis hard question you're letting people to guess...
I'm guessing... a lot of things since you're mixing xxxHolic and Tsubasa together. OTZ
i mean.. it can be the Book of Memories(?), The Monkey Palm thing, those earmuff thingy that Watanuki used in Holic, those... spirit sake thingy (that i forgot the name) and all sorts of intangible things. I dare not guess.

As for your guesses~ you had some good ones, but you're still way off the mark. ^_~ Nice try. X3

I thought you hit all the holic characters pretty dead on in this chapter. The crazy protectiveness of the tengu karasu? Makes me giggle like mad, as does Syaoran fleeing from them. It feels like it could be straight out of either canon.
I really liked the direction the interactions between Kurogane and Fai are starting to take - Fai starting to honour his commitment even a little is lovely, despite the circumstances of said commitment. =3 And Souhi as a peace offering is excellent.
Also. Haruka. <3<3<3 That is all.
Oh, Fai, you must make your poor liver scream even as you make Kurogane's brain attempt to find the escape hatch.

In some world somewhere, Kuro-daddy is shaking his head at little puppy for fleeing in the face of five little men on flying surfboards.
Ah, well...Kuro-chan wanted commitment from Fai, and he's going to get it. ^_~ Silly ninja should've been more specific, as Fai is a force to be reckoned with. "Kuro-tan, we need to do couple things."
Haruka love? Oh my. ♥
Let us pretend that Fai has a magical liver - which he probably does - and that it processes alcohol very quickly without killing it or himself, yes? ...And there's an escape hatch? I want an escape hatch.
