Possession Permission

Dainn's main ability is possessing people. In Paradisa, I plan to have him do that for a few seconds just to see what a person is like but it'll never be full-on possession unless it's cool with the mun. This post is for letting me know if you think it's okay for him to try a full-on possession / why it may be a bad idea for him to try / plot ideas ( Read more... )

Felix is certainly possessable and I am open to it happening if it's plausible or good for a plot, though I will of course want you to contact me first should you want to.

However, here's what you need to know:

Felix, as a wizard, has incredibly high willpower. It might not be immediate, but he could likely force Dainn out in short order.

Also, Felix has something called a mental construct. It's a special little imaginary place in his head that he's pretty much god in. If allowed to get there, he could force Dainn out from there or even trap and isolate him.

He has been possessed in canon, though AFTER his current canon point. Granted it was a weaker spirit, but he did trap it and eventually expelled it.

Yup, I'll ask :)

In terms of the willpower bit, at his full strength I wouldn't doubt that Felix could kick Dainn out of his body. However, Dainn's ability to possess people relies on how strong they are both physically, mentally and if there's darkness in their hearts for him to hide away in. This bit can be handwaved depending on how the thread goes though.

The mental construct is actually close to how Dainn got killed in Boktai 2. I'd be happy to plan something out if Dainn gets trapped in there for plot reasons and whatnot. :)

Mentally strong? Yes. Physically strong? Not very. Darkness? Debatable. Sort of depends on what you mean by that. Felix thinks of himself as a monster, but other than being a jerk sometimes, he's really not. He's certainly done bad things, though. So, like I said, debatable.

If this ever comes up, we can talk more about it.

Almaz can totally be possessed.

Alessandro can also totally be possessed.

I'm thinking Komachi is a bit more difficult. He can try but he might just be blocked from the start or rejected pretty quickly.

Sweet. With Almaz and Alessandro, is there anything you wouldn't be cool with Dainn doing if he possesses one of them?

As for Komachi, since she's a Shinigami I don't doubt that she'd be able to block Dainn from the get-go or kick him out easily.

I think I would rather Alessandro not too traumatized, but I'm more open to abusing Almaz. Probably just talking about what's going to happen would be easiest.

That's what I was thinking for her, she's not as hax as her boss but she's pretty resistant.

Alessandro most likely wouldn't be strong enough to pull of something like murder (and there'd be too many people wanting to kill Dainn for it), so it'd be something like finding out information. As for Almaz, it can be the same thing, but I'll ask if it leads up to him fighting/killing someone else.
