Well... yes. *grins* She's also total jailbait, as she's sixteen. ^_^; I wouldn't go for such a big age gap unless the younger person was, like... 18. (No legal problems, I'm so shallow--but really, it's the mental factor that would worry me.)
And besides, she is taken already, and I, as the world knows, am largely asexual still in love with someone, so there's no issue! (I'm finally falling OUT of love, though, and that's actually really nice.)
