In the Enquirer today there's an article on gift ideas, and one of the things suggested was a cookbook (local author, and I'm guessing vanity published as I can't find it on Amazon) that has themed meals/dishes based on the Catholic saints. I would vote for fondue for St. Stephen, that way you could stab things yourself. It's a meal and an interactive all in one!

Lol, the book does also come with discussion questions. My mom also just suggested roasted rattlesnake for St. Patrick, and was wondering if for people who were stoned to death you could serve really heavy biscuits or baked potatoes.

What about St. Bartholomew? Would that be skinless chicken recipes or would it be for de-boned meat?
