I only get comments on my weight when I get read as female. When I get read as male, I'm exactly the same shape, but no one comments on my weight. My gynecologist told me to lose 40 pounds; my sleep specialist (who thinks I am a dude) says I'm a healthy weight. Either presenting male drops 40 pounds from my weight or fat-shaming is sexist bullshit.
