[Accidental Video]
[There's a blur of motion and pages as the journal falls through the air and lands on the ground, a leather book bag and some other notebooks landing nearby. Within the camera's view is Ginia, holding a bag of groceries, backed against a building, and watching something (or somethings) calmly out of view. With care, she slowly

You can plan with others, but the Malnosso don't organize it.

All right. So how about things like walkie talkies or earbuds and coms to keep everyone connected? Something like that work or at least with the people willing to work together?

You could probably ask for rifles or cannons, just keep in mind to ask for enough bullets or rounds or cannonballs.
Consider this, someone falls and the Third Party picks the comm up. They then send out a distress signal for everyone to come help and pick off everyone one by one in a trap. People do mostly do their own thing; same as Luceti in general, but there's enough people who'd both want to help and would be gullible enough for that. It's not a bad idea, but it would need serious tweaking.
Also... Earbuds?

Ammunition, the downside of firearms.
Point made. So we're talking about an enemy that's highly intelligent and organized and fighters that have the right ideas in mind, but can let the urge to help others override common sense. [She's including herself in that statement.] Guess I have more to think on.
Communication device, something small enough to fit discreetly inside someone's ear. You'll need a mic to talk into, but with the right set up, it's a great way to communicate with a team without anyone knowing.

Most of the draftees do not have soldier training, much less officer training. People protest this to the Malnosso, but I personally think they throw in kids and civilians as part of their experiment so see how people deal with it anyway.

It's something to think about. If I get drafted, I don't want to step on any toes and try to take over, especially since it's my first battle, but hell. I don't want to see people get needlessly hurt.

If people don't want to listen to you, they won't. An army of all officers gets nothing done, but do as you feel best either way. They don't have to go along with it if they don't want to.

Wouldn't expect people to either being a new feather and all. [And mute.] But if I can pitch some ideas and they turn out useful, I'll take that.
By the by, everything clear on your end, Captain?

You might want to try coordinating them in advance. Or that night at the fort thing they have.
I'm trying to find any idiots stuck outside in the Shift. There was a pirate ship mast in the middle of nowhere. It's a bit bizarre but decent training for the second half of the Grand Line. How about you?

We'll see what happens. Until then, I'll keep drafting out plans.
Faring all right. Ran into a few strange places, bit bruised up, but nothing some ice can't fix. Been getting a lot of training in right now.

Best way to practice if you ask me. Keep on the lookout for other new feathers, it seems they're still trickling in, even with the Shift.

Let me know if you run into any problems.

Will do. You too, sir.
((ooc; Completely optional, but Ginia's other personality is running around here if Smoker wants to meet her.))
