Wouldn't you know it. We were actually busy at work tonight. Still I had time to write before and during the night. Reached a total of 3435 words. That means I got in 1768 today.

The first day is done. I got off to a late start, but I got there. I cannot get onto the NaNo page right now. But by OpenOffice's word count I have 1685 so far.

I'm pretty confident about it this year. I already bought a frame for my winner's certificate.

Less than a week to go so here behind this cut is a preview. A short story I wrote to help me get the idea for my novel fixed in my head.
