This is perfect. I love the fact that it's Remus who is kind of using Sirius, and how Sirius responds to that. I love the wine and your description of it, and how it affects Remus and how you use the language to make it seem so alive. This is beautiful and heart-wrenching and oh so hot and I love it a lot.

There is so much going on here, I don't even know where to start. Remus is already seperate from his friends because he has more to fear and they just don't get it. But they do share the horror of what's going on and it makes escaping it much more difficult. What else is there to talk about, to think about during that time?

And then the pent-up desire between the two of them that they never, ever acknowledged but can't deny at all. Remus is stubborn, Sirius is bitter and it's all one big ball of heat and anger and nnnnnngh. I actually hurt a bit more for Sirius here because I think it's harder to be the one that's given up on denying the truth.

He doesn't let himself wait for an answer. Remus can't rely on Sirius responding with something that will be appealing to him, something that will not change things, for either better or worse. There is no forgetting Sirius, but at least he will never haunt Remus's dreams.

Ugh. He is so stupid because Sirius will and Sirius does and Remus will have to live with what he didn't do forever ( ... )

Ouch. I love the differences that Remus has from his friends and the way Sirius tries and then becomes something between kind and spiteful. And the end, very very ouch. Well done.

Dayum, this is good. I really like Remus's POV here and how much Sirius has him nailed. Awesome.

gah! *dies* in a very very good way though. I love the sudden ending, I love that it doesn't end with happily ever after, I love that Sirius is bitter and Remus is broken- it fits so beautifully.
