Thank you so, so, so much for publishing it. This is one of my top five R/S stories ever.... Depending on my mood, it's my favorite. Certainly, it's taught me the most about writing. I hope you don't mind that I've essentially been trying to emulate you, here, for ages. There's something - quiet, but vital about every word in this piece; it's really a work of art. I don't know that I've ever left a comment, though, so here I am, awkardly trying to express how much I love it.

I am ridiculously late in replying to this, but I did want to thank you for the extremely nice things you've said here. Yours are the best kinds of comments to get, though often the most difficult to respond to *g*. It's hard to get past that glowy feeling into actual articulateness.
I am thrilled that it drew you into the fandom, because it's such a great one to be in :). And I'm so glad you like the story; it was certainly one of my favorite ones to write.
