Having graduated I was toying with the idea of going abroad to teach English in Japan like my esteemed friend Andrew. So I've decided to actually take this route and apply. dood that would be a freakin' awesome job. plus that would give me all the more reason to visit japan. did you have a city in particular that you would like to teach at or r u goin' for anything open? haha. well good luck cuz'.

It's through Sister Cities so it'd be Himeji... They've been Phoenix's sister city for ages

dood i just realized if u teach in japan then you'll be living in japan which means you can compete in Sasuke (Ninja Warrior). you've seen that show right? dood you can compete and your students will be all cheering on the side lines like i've seen in previous episodes. so awesome.

if you've never seen the show just google: Makoto Nagano. you'll be in for a treat.

Yes, definitely take a day off and just do everything in one sitting if you can. Then you won't have to worry about any of it anymore. The personal statement shouldn't be hard...you are selling yourself, just making yourself sound good by pointing out what you feel are your strong points so you will be selected for the job. Just a suggestion...but it might mean something, since I am part of he selection committee:) Good luck with it.
