1. The battles were awesome, even though that's not why I am watching the show primarily. But they were spectacular.

2. Brody and Volker. They were fine, although there were so many things going on that I think their little moment was lost.

3. Interestingly I am not surprised they gave back Chloe, but I am getting suspicious...something must be up.

4. Probably not. This is not a comforting white lie and it would have little purpose. I wonder what is that Rush knows and no one else does as he seemed so odd. (Was I the only one thinking that Rush-Eli looked like House-Wilson?)

5. Well. I had two. Chloe kissing Young. That was awkwardly cute.
And the other was the Ursini's suicide run.

6. Sorry, can't remember any.

Man, talk about an absolute letdown. Predictable and boring. On the other hand, I am so intensely excited for next week I can't even.

Scott was absolutely useless. Taking him out of the episode entirely would have been an improvement, because then there would've been less dialogue telling everyone what everyone already knows, and they would've cut out that pointless scene of him in the catfish hangar. And I wanted to gag at him and Chloe before she left. We already know, and I know I personally do not care.

Things I did actually enjoy: Chloe's peck on Young's cheek. Really, really adorable, and probably the only thing Chloe's ever done that I've enjoyed.

The ending scene with Rush and Chloe. Because of Rush. I love the evolution of the character, and this scene actually told us a lot while also calling back to "Air" and just giving us a moving emotional scene for him ( ... )

1. Loved them. I could tell the ships apart, yes, as I study the crazy space aliens like crazy since 'Space' aired. I was mortified when the ship appeared before Scott & Co. shuttle. Creepy aliens, man. They seem experimental and scientific ( ... )

I liked the space battles. And I could tell the ships apart, although a little recognition card would have made it easier.

Brody and Volker's interaction is one of the best things about the show. The whole flashlight bit was nice. Seems like the actors really have a chemistry to pull it off (I know Peter Kelamis does comedy, I'm not sure about Gilmore)

I wasn't too surprised at the return.

Was Rush lying? I don't think so. Unless she taught him how to calculate an FTL course, they're all so screwed.

Favorite scene... Brody and Volker working on the shield emitter when it practically blows up in their face. And a very close second -- those two jumping away from the drone like it just let out half a dozen poisonous snakes!

"Yeah, they're just gonna get in the way. Let's get down to some real work." Nothing like Rush being a walking contradiction :)
