I'm really looking forward to Time, that sounds like a fascinating episode :O

But then, after reading this "a heinous crime" and "a terrible loss", I'm not sure if I am going to be looking forward to Justice :{
Whatever the crime is, it sounds very serious :O
And a terrible loss? I hope they don't start randomly killing off crew members or anything like that :{

It does sound serious. Considering that they're trying to survive on an old starship billions of light years away -- what crime would be heinous and produce a terrible loss?

Murder comes to mind. Negligent homicide, maybe? Rape and murder? Bullying to the point of suicide?

any or all of the above?
i'm definitely thinking a death of some kind for it to be considered "heinous" :O
i hope it doesn't involve rape :{

Time sounds awesome, I can't wait to see it. Life sounds interesting too, but Justice sounds a little scary. It automatically has me worried about my favorite (Rush) but I don't really want to see anyone else hurt either. :/

Anyone have any idea what the "terrible loss" could be? Sounds pretty serious. I'm worried. D:

I do have an idea, but it is merely speculation and not based on any concrete spoilers, etc. I base this on a few quotes from various interviews:

It has to do with the rivalry between Rush and Young and how Rush frames Young for something. By the sound of it, Young actually gets convicted and sentenced.

Eek. That sounds...pretty serious. Rush frames him, huh?

Greaaat. I've been watching it with both of my parents, and they both hate Rush because of his attitude. I've been *attempting* to sway them to my side, but...if that happens, it's not going to help my case at all. XD Then again, it's just speculation. Yikes, though.

Carlyle's use of the word "frame" - http://stargate.mgm.com/view/news/951/index.html (reprinted in his profile page - http://www.stargate-sg1-solutions.com/wiki/Nicholas_Rush

The other quote is from writer Alan McCullough in that sampler of the Official Magazine - pdf file. I've reprinted it at the bottom of this page: http://www.stargate-sg1-solutions.com/wiki/SGU_1.10_%22Justice%22_Episode_Guide

So, from those, along with Mallozzi's description, I got the idea that Rush frames Young and that Young doesn't come out on top. :(
