If you take a look at the dates of the posts, you'll realise that i submitted this post before the approved exchange rates was updated.
Its kinda shocking to see that the rate has dropped so low?! If it really turns out to be so low, i'll use the difference to offset the international shipping costs.
Babe, I have to prepare you for the worst. Backorders can take up to 1.5-2 months to arrive. I waited for my participant's backorder since 11 Jan - 3 Mar (finally arrived after we changed the colour of the dress) And my 23 Jan participant's backorder is on the way to me now after I made quite alot of noise/emails. But my own personal backorder dated since 23 Jan is still not here yet. It is uncertain when Backorders will be in stock. Good cases take 2-3 weeks but should they not arrive after that, just prepare your girl/s to wait cos AA is unable to tell you when they will be in stock!
totally agree. sometimes the b/orders arrive in a matter of days, sometimes they take months. i have waited up to 2 mths for some items to arrive.. and even then, one of my items was discontinued haha
also, pls check your CC bill to see that AA has applied the 15% discount to the order. they didn't do that for some of my previous orders and it took like 3-4 wks for them to refund the $ to me.
Oh to add on to sephirias, oppositeofcool_ mentioned to me about the 15% not factored into several of her batches, and as a result when they refunded, there was a drop in the exchange rate and she was shortchanged of about SGD$13. So make sure when they bill you, doublecheck!
So far I've had no problem with the discount codes but just in case :)
Wow, 2 months is REALLY long - it kinda takes the fun out of shopping, doesn't it?

hi... how would you know that the item is a backorder? it will only come to light when you have placed the order or while browsing the webpage, i can actually see if it's a backorder item? if so, i might wanna reconsider ordering thanks!
