maybe the slow response is due to the expensive shipping per bottle?? I thought I came across a spree in April or May where the shipping was below S$2.

Hmm, maybe!

I joined a Transdesign spree earlier this year, where the shipping per bottle was only S$1.80+

Problem is that USPS increased their postal rates on 14 May 2007:

If you try adding 40 bottles of OPI to the shopping cart at Transdesign, a shipping fee of $67.13 for USPS Priority Mail International is shown, which amounts to USD$1.68 per bottle..

The other alternative i can think of is to use CGW's Home Delivery Service, but that would mean taking double the time to get our items :\
