actually did she state that she wont do refunds? if she did, you pretty much cant ask for a 50% refund.

also, if you opted for normal mail, you have to take such risks. you may or may not lose mail by normal mail, so.. you can't really blame her.

but the least she could do was check with singpost's RLU. they probably have your package there :)

she agreed to give me a 50 % refund... that was a week ago and she have yet to reply me despite me giving her like 5 emails asking if she is online.... she haven been reply much too=((

we take neg fb seriously. looks like she was quite a bad seller and that's what the fb system is set up to safeguard against.
