Reading "Paris" with Nikki in introspective angst mode with a sizable side order of self-loathing is like being glued to a 1970's disaster movie, you know it's a fucking mess and probably is gonna get worse before the happy ending but you can't make yourself switch to another channel airing simpler, happier stuff
