New Layout!

I just spent the last hour or so changing my layout. Took me forever to get the coding right! I've been wanting to change it for some time now, and I finally had the time to devote to it. I still need to figure out how to change the colors to match the header though. I grabbed this header from scout78 awhile back, and decided to use it.
