You are right to be upset. It was probably just some kind of perv who gets off on people using the bathroom, but that is a supreme violation of space and privacy. We were broken into repeatedly a few years ago - turned out it was a kid looking for attention and a challenge as we made it increasingly difficult (we eventually trapped and caught him). But regardless, I felt watched and intruded upon and generally unsafe for a long time. Glad your hubby is there to support - I'm sure he feels similarly.

Thank you. It's been rough, but I have a great support system. I'm just glad we won't be here much longer.
