To say that I'm pissed off about having to wait another week for Smallville and Supernatural is a huge understatement. The CW has decided that they have to show The Vampire Diaries and Nikita twice this week because of American Idol. How long have they known that American Idol was going to be on Thursday nights? LOL, I agree!

Now, I love TVD but I DVR, so I don't care for repeats, ya know? Besides, I was looking FORWARD to BOTH SPN *AND* Smallville!

Yeah, loads of people are upset. I mean, I downsized my f-list to 59 people and I've already had like 3 posts about it on my f-list -(

My jaw pretty much hit the floor when I read the news earlier tonight. It is quite possibly the single most 'WTF' moment I've ever had in regards to TV programming and networks. 24hrs prior they just decide to screw over the smallville and spn fans and make us wait another week after waiting two months. I wish it were truly possible to let them know the depth of the fans' anger for this stupidity. But the fact that they thought it was okay to do in the first place is a big sign of their stupidity and our apparent feelings are irrelevant. Grrrrrrrr!

It's ridiculous. I just sent an irritated email to cwfeedback. Normally I'll just blow stuff like this off but this...this is to outrageous to just sit back and take without saying a peep.

And what, pray tell, are they planning on doing for the rest of american idol's run this season? They can't just keep re-airing programs that run up against AI to boost their ratings and damn the other shows!?

Fringe is on Friday nights, opposite Supernatural now. Started back last week.

Yeah, they moved Bones to 9EST on Thursday, moved Fringe to 9EST on Friday. I hated both moves because they are now both opposite other shows I watch.
